This feature is completely free of charge for eligible providers. It is our way of saying thank you and helping you connect directly with parents in your neighborhood.

What is the Provider Spotlight?

The Provider Spotlight is a curated promotional feature designed to give your program maximum visibility across the Neelcamp ecosystem. When your program is selected for a spotlight, our team provides:

• A Dedicated Blog Feature: We will write and publish a professional blog post on our website highlighting your camp’s mission, unique activities, and what makes your program special.
• Direct Parent Outreach via Newsletter: Your feature will be delivered straight to the inboxes of local parents through our official Neelcamp email newsletter.
• Social Media Introduction: We will introduce and celebrate your program across all of our official social media handles, complete with high-quality visuals to catch parents' eyes.

Who is Eligible?

We want to make this opportunity accessible to as many dedicated providers as possible. To be eligible for a Provider Spotlight, your program must meet the following criteria:

• Age Range: Offer programs or camps tailored for children and youth between the ages of 3 and 18.
• Location: Fall within the areas covered by the Neelcamp directory, which currently spans 15+ Mid-Atlantic cities, including Fairfax, Herndon, and other DMV areas.
• Partnership: Must have an active program listing already created on the Neelcamp platform.

How it Works: A Simple, Step-by-Step Process

We know how busy you are managing your programs, so we have made the application process as simple and streamlined as possible. You don't need to worry about writing a single line of marketing copy, our team handles the heavy lifting.

Step 1: Reach Out

Send a quick email to our marketing team at [email protected] letting us know you are interested in being featured.

Step 2: The Q&A and Photos

Our team will reply with a short, 5-7 question survey designed to be completed in just a few minutes. Along with your answers, please provide the following:

• Professional Portrait: Please include a photo of yourself (or the person answering the questions), along with their name and professional designation.
• Program Photos: Please submit 3–5 high-resolution, landscape-oriented images of your programs in action, including children participating in activities or sessions.
• Media Waivers: Please ensure you have all necessary media release permissions for any children featured in the photos you provide.

Step 3: Sit Back and Relax

Once we receive your details, our team gets to work. We will craft your custom blog post, format your newsletter feature, and schedule your social media launch. We'll let you know exactly when your spotlight goes live so you can share it with your own community, too!
