Welcome to Upbeat Music School, the largest music school in the Chinatown/South Loop area of Chicago offering private lessons on piano, guitar, bass, violin, voice, and drums, as well as rock band classes. With 15 qualified music teachers, many with master's degrees and professional performance experience, the school is dedicated to helping students achieve their musical goals. Learning an instrument is fun and builds discipline, increases confidence, and can improve academic performance. Upbeat Music also prepares more students for the ABRSM exam than any other music school in Chicago and has been a regional test site since 2009. The school offers convenient lesson times seven days a week and provides a comfortable waiting room for parents with observation windows. Students have several performance opportunities throughout the year.
