The 'No Limits & Out of Bounds' program is a summer camp designed for students entering 6th and 7th grades. The 'No Limits Program' is specifically for girls, empowering them to create, design, and implement their own camp activities, focusing on programming, planning, and fun. The 'Out of Bounds Program' is for boys, designed and developed by boys, also emphasizing hands-on experience in programming, planning, and having fun. Both programs are limited to 15 participants per session. While the programs have separate gender-specific activities, they also engage in combined activities and field trips. Field trips are planned collaboratively by the No Limits & Out of Bounds Team. Activities offered include a wide range of Sports & Fitness such as Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Wall Climbing, Swimming, Capture the Flag, Flag Tag, Frisbee, Indoor Soccer, Touch Football, European Dodgeball, Running Bases, Softball, Wiffle Ball, Volleyball, Zumba, and Zip lining. Creative Arts activities feature Guest Artists in Jewelry Making, Sculpture, and Photography, encouraging campers' own ideas. Field trips may include visits to Downtown Chicago, canoeing and fishing, movies and lunches, and exploring various neighborhoods throughout Chicago.
