This class for children not yet in kindergarten aged and 3-5 features basic movement education based upon motor learning principles and includes upper and lower body large muscle development, basic coordination skills, beginner gymnastics skills, floor, beam, bar and vaulting skills, as well as body and spatial awareness. The children are also instructed on the trampoline, rings, cargo net and rope. With a balance of repetition and progression, our preschoolers will quickly learn the intricate details of the skills they are learning.
