About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts focused on a US audience. This role is ideal for someone who understands US lifestyle, audience behavior, and digital marketing trends, and wants to come up with unique and creative marketing ideas to target parents in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing by planning and executing marketing campaigns for a US-based audience
- Drafting marketing templates and able to lead great drip email campaigns
- Understand the concept of ICP (Ideal customer profile), able to create a marketing and sales funnel for B2B and B2C and drive to execution
- Create and support promotional materials such as flyers, social media creatives, and basic marketing assets
- Contribute ideas for content, promotions, and community outreach
- Support brand messaging to align with US parenting, education, and lifestyle contexts
- Responsible for growing audiences on social media platforms
Requirements
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms
- Familiarity with US audience behavior, lifestyle, or prior US exposure
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to create or coordinate simple marketing materials (flyers, visuals, captions)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

- Exposure to social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, newsletters, etc.)
- Interest in education, parenting, or community-driven platforms
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or brands
