About the Role
We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on CEO to join us as a founding leader. We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead Neelcamp through its next stage of growth — from early traction to national expansion. The ideal candidate has a background in scaling consumer marketplaces or education technology ventures, with a deep understanding of startup operations, growth marketing, and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Neelcamp’s strategic roadmap alongside the founding team.
- Lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with investors, partners, and advisors.
- Oversee company operations, product development, marketing, and community engagement.
- Hire and nurture a high-performing leadership team.
- Drive growth metrics, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and marketplace efficiency.
- Represent Neelcamp at industry events, accelerators, and media opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience (preferably in consumer tech, edtech, or marketplace startups).
- Proven track record in scaling a startup or business unit from early to growth stage.
- Strong network in venture capital, education, or family tech ecosystems.
- Passionate about children’s education, parenting, or youth enrichment.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.
