Full Week After-School Program – Options for 1, 2, 3 or 4 days per week also! Classes for ages 5-8 and 9-12. Monthly enrollment (Will pro-rate for anyone wanting to start mid-month!). Monthly Fee schedule below for full week enrollment. If you choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 days per week, please email us with days of the week your child will attend at [email protected]. If you require transportation, please email us with # of days per week required for transportation, specific days of week and school your child attends at [email protected]. Transportation is $16 per trip from D205 school to Ultimate Ninjas Elmhurst. 48 hours of notice required for transport. $50 non-refundable registration fee for monthly enrollment (full week, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days or 1 day enrollment)
