Overview

➡️ 7 hours behind the wheel/Observation hours.
➡️ Must hold a valid VA Learners Permit
➡️ Must have completed Drivers Education Course and have Certificate of completion.
➡️ Practiced with a Parent/Adult 45 hours including sunset.
➡️ Free pick up and drop off Included.
