Overview

Children's Art Classes Alexandria is a structured, nurturing art education program coming to Alexandria, Virginia in August 2026. Designed for students from preschool age through 9 and older, the program offers a multi-term curriculum that explores diverse media and techniques — including drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, clay, and mixed media — so students can discover what they love and steadily grow their skills. Classes are kept small and sequenced thoughtfully, with mentors who prioritize creative growth, observation, and confidence over performance. In addition to weekly classes, the studio offers multi-week workshops, seasonal camps, and guided birthday parties with take-home projects.
