Build a log cabin, bake pioneer Christmas cookies; learn to sew quilt squares; make authentic pioneer toys; hunt for the Christmas feast; set a trap line and learn how to catch and trade the pelt of a fox; create an improvised bridge that you and your compatriots can cross; care for barnyard animals; explore the diversities of the Native cultures of Indiana; and so much more. The kids are in the center of the action as they celebrate Christmas as a pioneer.
