Our Technical Training program is designed to give young players the essential foundation they need to develop confidence, improve ball control, and sharpen their decision-making. Led by Bay Area Soccer Academy trainers, these sessions follow the High Performance Training curriculum, making sure that players get high-repetition, focused technical work that directly translates into game performance. Each session is built around maximizing touches on the ball, developing coordination, dribbling control, passing accuracy, and finishing ability. Players will also work on 1v1 attacking and defending and engage in small-sided games to improve game awareness in real match scenarios.
