This program is designed for serious athletes committed to maximizing their off-season development in a high-performance, competitive environment. The training focuses on various aspects including speed and stride mechanics, shooting, goalie skills, stickhandling, checking, body contact, defensive zone angling, body position, and power skating. Strength and conditioning will develop strength, speed, agility, power and explosiveness with mobility and active recovery built into the training plan.
