About This Camp

Overview

Take your music to the next level! Composer/guitarist/producer Clark Grogan will take students on a weeklong deep dive into the major elements of electronic music creation. Using Reason Software, we will explore several of its most popular soft synths to get into the details of programming Beats, Bass lines, and textures. Other topics of exploration will be compositional techniques, sound design, creative routing and signal flow. We will also leave time at the end of every day to work together as a band and create some music as a team. Even if you are not a Reason user, the concepts covered in the camp can be easily applied to other digital audio workstations.
