Elementary Program (Grade 1-6)

About This Camp
Around the age of 6 or 7, a new developmental phase begins and lasts through the age of 12. Fiore's Elementary Program is designed to focus on this age range through a carefully crafted Montessori curriculum backed by modern science. Children thrive in this setting and cannot wait to come to school each day. As students develop a reasoning mind, they become intellectually independent and ambitious.
Our Elementary students:
Daily life includes outdoor exploration on nine acres of natural grounds, unstructured physical play, and structured PhysEd sessions that nurture body awareness and coordination. After‑School Interest Groups extend learning with offerings such as chess led by a Grand Master, drama workshops with local actors, Suzuki piano lessons, yoga, and Latin dance. Research projects, community "going‑outs," and student‑led initiatives like bake sales foster real‑world skills in responsibility, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
The typical School Day Schedule runs from 8:00 am – 3:20 pm, with an After‑School Program available 3:20 pm – 5:30 pm. Summer programs are also offered for four weeks each year.
