Extreme STEAM Science Kids Camp at Park Shore is a one-of-a-kind educational summer program designed for grades 1-5, geared to stimulate their curiosity in science. Our science camp is taught by teachers who will engage every child in the appreciation of science and how science will relate to them in the future. The Extreme STEAM Science Kids Camp curriculum is centered around STEAM (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, THE ARTS, and MATHEMATICS) and takes place in our State-of-the-Art STEAM Science Center. This program is student-centered, inquiry-based, and hands-on. Students are challenged through innovative and thought-provoking laboratory inquiries to develop hypotheses, test and analyze data, and draw pertinent scientific conclusions. These activities are designed to develop a child's critical thinking, creative design skills, and their confidence in tackling new understandings of their universe. The program at Extreme STEAM Science Kids Camp is universal in scope and sequence, truly integrating the basic sciences with the latest in technology and engineering. Our Curriculum has a core focus in Robotics, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, Life, Physical, Earth Science, Innovation, The Arts & Coding. Our summer science camp for grades 1-5 offers a fun and engaging curriculum that will introduce you to the exciting world of science.  ESSK features Robotics and Engineering where you will learn to design, build, and program robots using state-of-the-art technology. You'll have the opportunity to participate in hands-on experiments and activities that will help you understand concepts like chemistry, biology, physics, and more. Throughout the summer, you'll work with experienced instructors and like-minded peers to build your knowledge and skills. You'll also have the chance to take field trips, attend guest lectures, and participate in a variety of other fun and educational activities. In addition to learning about science, you'll also have the chance to make new friends and build lasting memories. Our camp is designed to be a fun and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and excited about learning.
