As a Fellow at the Center for Leadership at Northwestern, you will develop your capacity for leadership and delve into questions about leadership and teamwork. During the Winter and Spring Quarters, you will participate in interdisciplinary discussions in general sessions and in a small group. Explore themes such as self-management, discovering your main strengths, connecting with your purpose, how to motivate and inspire others, cultivating inclusive environments in teams, the concept of mission on a team, and how to give and receive effective feedback. Study major theories, thinkers and frameworks of leadership, followership and teamwork.
