5 Day Surfing & Skateboarding Program. Children Ages 5 - 15. Monday - Friday. 8:45am - 4:15pm. All Skill Levels Welcomed. All Equipment Provided: Surfboards + Wetsuit Top or Rash Guard, Skateboards & Protective Pads. Skateboarding and Surfing go hand in hand as they compliment each other and are great ways to keep the kids outdoors all day while keeping it fun and varied by switching between the two sports midway through the day. Kids also participate in Games, Fun Activities, & Learning Exercises. Refreshments Provided (Water and Snacks). Plenty of shade provided to campers on the beach & at park. We are an NSSIA Certified Surf School. Instructors have Water Safety & First Aid / CPR / AED Certifications. Instructors are trained under NSSIA and ISA standards. 3 : 1 Ratio (Campers To Certified Instructor). Kids learn in a safe part of the skatepark. Kids learn at a safe and user-friendly beach where waves do not break far out and water is relatively shallow so kids will be comfortable. Campers guaranteed to learn all basic skills and improve upon any existing skills in a very intimate and fun environment. Great way for kids to remain active and make new friends. Kids are grouped together based on age, skill level, and friend groups. Drop Off at Beach 91st St. Skatepark between 8:45am - 9AM. Pick Up between 4pm - 4:15pm at Beach 69th St. Surf Camp. Kids will be shuttled between skate and surf locations each day.
