Registration for the fall 2026 season will be open from August 17 - September 14. The fall 2026 season will run from September 21 - November 22.

We offer teams at various schools, parks, apartment complexes, and community centers throughout Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties, as well as Alexandria City, Falls Church City, Manassas City, and Manassas Park.

Practice days and times will vary by team.

Girls on the Run inspires individuals of all abilities to discover, build, and grow their self-confidence. Together, they experience a sense of belonging and connection as a team. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy. At the end of the season, the team completes a Community Impact Project and a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.

Pricing: GOTR NOVA's incurred cost per girl is $305; however, the standard registration fee is $225. GOTR NOVA offers adjusted program fees based on a sliding scale according to family income. The online registration form will walk you through a few questions to find the fee that is right for your family. 

Age: Girls in elementary school starting in 3rd grade are welcome to join our Girls on the Run teams and middle school students are welcome to join Heart & Sole teams.
