Overview

This program is designed for children 4-8. We use circuit and station training, drills, games and teacher assistance to create a series of successful stepping stones to learning new skills. This program encourages the development of self-confidence and self-esteem. Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility and coordination for all sports as well as gymnastics in a fun, educational and safe environment.
