Overview

This program is designed for children 4‑8. We use circuit and station training, drills, games and teacher assistance to create a series of successful stepping stones to learning new skills. This program encourages the development of self‑confidence and self‑esteem. Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility and coordination for all sports as well as gymnastics in a fun, educational and safe environment.
