Overview

Our 2 year old program introduces most of our little ones to their first school setting! The children learn important social skills such as listening and following directions. The children are also encouraged to be more independent in cleaning up, dressing themselves, eating, and with using the toilet. Songs and rhymes are fun engaging ways for the children to be more exposed to language.

Morning meeting or circle time is designed to help our young children transition into the start of the school day. It also helps the children get into a comfortable routine; teachers and students discuss the day's schedule during this time. In the morning meeting children will recite the pledges, learn and discuss the calendar months, days of the week, weather, and seasons.

The Abeka 2's curriculum introduces the children to letters and numbers in a fun, engaging method. The A Beka language development curriculum focuses on building vocabulary and listening skills through a variety of learning games, finger plays, and worksheets. These activities focus on building the child's understanding of shapes, animals, transportation, countries, community helpers, health, safety, manners, and science.

The Abeka Bible curriculum is a designed to present the Bible through the telling of stories from the Old and New Testaments. There are 1-2 stories covered each week and the Bible lessons are accompanied by large pictures that help to illustrate each story. In addition to the Bible stories, the curriculum also includes weekly Bible Memory Verse and Bible songs to assist in reinforcing the stories.

Our school program includes daily specials to help our children grow into well rounded students. These include:

We provid additional care for students in the morning and after school. We take pride in making sure our children are well taken care of from the moment they arrive, to the time they are picked up. In the afternoons, the school provides snack, and the students have additional time to play outside and throughout the facilities until pick-up.

7:00am – 8:15am *regular drop-off kiss and ride starts at 8:15am

Half After Care: 3:00 - 4:30pm

Full After Care: 3:00 - 6:00pm

*extra fee for any late pick-ups
