Krav Maga is a self-defense system that focuses on real-world situations and efficient counter-attacks. Pedrosaueracademy offers Krav Maga as one of its main core martial arts training programs.

Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach self-defense in the shortest time possible. Krav Maga teaches how to defend against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs as well as weapons such as gund, knives and sticks. Just as important, we teach people to function during the stress and shock of a violent encounter.
