Northwestern University's Center for Leadership offers opportunities for all students to develop their leadership capacity in an environment that encourages experimentation and innovation. Through a combination of formal instruction, practical experience, and guided reflection, program participants explore leadership as a dynamic process, discover their unique leadership style, and value the perspective of those they hope to lead. The Leadership Program & Certificate is one of the undergraduate-specific programs designed to engage students in leadership development.
