Introducing the first summer of Beansprouts' Leader-In-Training Program! Beansprouts L.I.T Program provides a hands-on opportunity for children to develop leadership skills, practice problem-solving, and participate in a number of engaging and tailored activities. Our approach ensures that L.I.Ts not only enhance their leadership skills but also enjoy an enriching and memorable summer, making lasting connections and experiences. LITs will meet as a group in the mornings for training, group games, project planning, and tailored activities. In the afternoons, they will assist instructors, lead activities, and help campers in their camp group placement. LITs will participate in weekly trips to various locations with their placement groups. Examples of possible trips include Urban Air, Luna Park, Brooklyn Ninja Academy, and more. They will also serve a pivotal role in our Annual Olympics and go on a LIT Group Trip.
