Overview

Lord of Life Preschool is a VDOE-licensed, play-based preschool program serving children ages 2½ to 5 years old in Fairfax, Virginia. Now in its 53rd year, the school is hosted by Lord of Life Lutheran Church and provides children with a warm, inclusive first school experience designed to foster a positive self-image and a genuine love of learning. The curriculum supports holistic development across cognitive, physical, social, and emotional domains through hands-on, play-based activities. The school features an outdoor classroom, a playground, music, movement, and nature-based experiences. LOLP has been recognized as one of Northern Virginia's best preschools and serves families from Fairfax, Fairfax Station, Burke, Springfield, Annandale, and surrounding communities.

Additional Information

The program serves children ages 2½ through 5 and operates on a school-year calendar. Extended-day options including Snack Bunch and Lunch Bunch Lobsters are available. The school is VDOE licensed and family tours are available by appointment. Registration for upcoming school years is open on the school's website.
