Show off your unique style in this week-long camp where wearable crafts and math merge. Each day girls will make and create fashionably-fun designs to correspond with topics such as probability, measurement, computation, and place value. Campers will use problem-solving and creativity to make one-of-a-kind geometric tote bags, symmetry inspired designs, jewelry, accessories, and even make their own paper dolls. At Girls Rock Math, being smart is always in style!

Extended Day Hours: AM Care offered 8:30-9:30 Monday-Friday and PM Care offered 3:30-5:30 Monday-Thursday. Please note that all campers must be picked up on Friday by 3:30 pm as we do not offer PM Care on Friday afternoons. Drop-in care is available if space allows, payable by Venmo, cash or check.

Prorating Camp Fees: When you sign up for camp, please select a camp which you anticipate your child attending the full week. We are unable to register children for partial weeks and do not provide a reduced rate if your child cannot attend the entire week. We recognize that due to travel sometimes children may miss a Monday or Friday. Our camp staff will do their best to make the camp experience positive for any child who misses a day.

Cancellation Policy:

• Facility: If Girls Rock Math cannot hold camp due to cancellation by one of our facilities, we will do our best to place your child in a program at another location. If Girls Rock Math is unable to place your child in another program we will offer a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit.
• Low Enrollment: If we must cancel due to low enrollment, a full refund including the deposit will be issued unless we can place your child in another program. We will notify all families enrolled in camps at risk of cancellation no later than May 1.
• Extreme Weather Conditions: If 2.5 or more camp days in a session are cancelled due to lightning storms, smoke, fire, extreme heat, air-quality concerns, or other weather conditions deemed extreme, we will offer a refund for the total number of cancelled days, at 50% of the daily rate for your camp session. There is no refund of camp fees if a family opts to keep a child home due to the weather conditions if camp is not cancelled, nor will we refund less than 2.5 days of cancelled camp.
• Cancellation for other reasons: Girls Rock Math makes every effort to run camp as scheduled. However, in the event that we must cancel camp due to extenuating circumstances such as a Force majeure or an Act of God in which we are not responsible Girls Rock Math will offer families a refund less non-recoverable expenses as determined by Girls Rock Math.

Learning Needs Support: If your child has a learning difference, please specify what kind and how we can support your child in the Learning Profile during registration. Our staff is trained to work with a wide range of learners, including those with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and those who have IEPs in math, but we need to have that information in advance to best prepare for your child. We ask that you select the camp for your child based on where you believe she will be most successful. You can view the Skills and Standards for any camp in the camp description on our website. We cannot refund camp fees if you register your child for a camp that does not fit her social or academic level, have not disclosed her learning needs, or have not provided our staff with information needed in order to support your child academically at camp.
