Overview

The Before & After‑School Program at the Montessori School of Fairfax (MSOFX) is tailored for enrolled students who require care outside of standard classroom operating hours. Rooted in the Montessori philosophy of respect and child‑centered development, the program provides a relaxed, warm, and friendly environment. Led by trained educators, it focuses on expanding experiential growth while allowing children to wind down and socialise collaboratively. Participants engage in a balance of structured and unstructured choices designed to nurture individual capabilities and safe community interactions.

Activities offered throughout the extended hours include arts and crafts, homework support, study sessions, as well as various indoor and outdoor games.
