These one hour live online sessions are designed carefully to allow you to express yourself in an authentic way. We start the session with a short guided meditation and then you will be given various prompts using different materials. The goal is to move your experience from your head to the paper in a way that feels soothing and enlightening. Mixed media incorporates paint, drawing, printing and collage. A simple materials list will be given out before the class.
