The Music Playhouse of Chicago provides high quality, interactive, fun, and educational music programs for schools in Chicago. Offering music enrichment for preschools and daycares, general music education and ukulele classes for elementary school, and after school programs. Through this play-based and research-based program, students will learn the ability to sing in tune and keep a steady beat as well as the elements of music, and a lifelong love and appreciation of music. This music class also has developmental benefits such as fine and gross motor skills, speech and language skills, social skills, emotional regulation skills, and attentional skills such as active listening and following directions. It's learning disguised as fun! Programs include general music education, ukulele, and singing/performing.
