About This Camp
Set your future space explorers on a trajectory from our Earth's atmosphere to the outer reaches of our solar system! This hands‑on program will bring children closer to the stars, planets, comets, and more. Learn about living in space, getting away from gravity, looking for space phenomena, and building rockets! Each day, students receive new challenges and missions that keep camp exciting & fun.
Campers should bring their own nut‑free snack each day. Campers should bring their own nut‑free lunch and snacks each day. Nut‑Free Policy: To ensure camper safety, please avoid all nuts and clearly label food items with ingredients when possible. All campers must be fully potty‑trained to attend SciGenie Camps. Campers cannot attend in pull‑ups, diapers, or swim diapers and must arrive in regular underwear. Each camper receives one complimentary SciGenie T‑shirt on their first day of camp. Campers should wear their T‑shirt daily for safety and easy identification. Additional shirts are available for $15 each. Please label all personal items (lunch boxes, water bottles, jackets, backpacks) with your child's first and last name. While we do our best to keep belongings safe, SciGenie is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Items left behind will be placed in the Lost & Found and held until the end of the camp week. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded at the end of the summer. If your child requires medication such as an EpiPen, inhaler, or other prescribed treatment, please provide the medication in its original labeled container along with any doctor's instructions or action plan at check‑in on the first day of camp. Our trained staff will follow all state guidelines to ensure your child's medication is administered safely and properly. Parents must notify SciGenie HQ and complete the required medication authorization form prior to camp start. Small Group Sizes: 20 campers max per class, 8:1 ratio. Background Checks: All staff undergo background and reference checks. First Aid & CPR: Staff are trained and every site is equipped with first‑aid kits. Check‑In/Check‑Out: Parents or authorized guardians must sign campers in and out daily with valid ID. Allergy Awareness: Nut‑free policy and health forms reviewed before camp starts.
