Our Ninja Parkour classes and skills camps are a great way to develop or advance Ninja skills, building coordination, strength, balance, agility, patience, and fortitude. Each class uses movement and obstacle courses with an objective of getting from one point to the next using running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, tumbling, jumping, rolling and other tricks, teaching quick light feet, balance, and grip. No experience necessary!
