At ThinkSpeech, we offer evidence-based speech and language therapy for children, teens, and adults — in person at our Fairfax, VA office and via telehealth across Northern Virginia, including Ashburn, Loudoun County, and beyond. Every client receives an individualized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs, goals, and learning style.

Our evidence-based, personalized approach combines structured literacy, play-based therapy, and a genuine commitment to helping every client reach their full potential — at any age. We integrate techniques for speech sound disorders, dyslexia and reading, social communication, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and childhood apraxia of speech. With over 12 years of experience, founder Nidhi Tandon, MS, CCC-SLP, SLDS provides a warm, neurodiversity-affirming environment that supports confidence, identity, learning, and belonging.
