Overview

A comprehensive 14-month academic, leadership, and social preparation for qualified, bright rising fourth graders at no cost to families in the DMV. Prep integrates critical thinking, leadership ability, social skills and personal growth with academic preparation in STEM subjects. 95% of Prep graduates go on to earn acceptance to independent schools and enroll in the 6th grade, determined and equipped to thrive. The independent school experience offers high academic standards, individual attention, and personal accountability which are essential to the success of the ES scholar. In turn, schools benefit from well-prepared students and families who enrich the culture and communities of the ES partner schools.
