Our movement program encourages young children to be physically active through sports and fitness games, setting them up for a lifetime of health and happiness. For infants, we encourage fine and gross motor skills and large movements by grasping different-sized balls and moving through mini obstacle courses, focusing on tummy time and ball work for those not yet moving freely. One-year-olds continue building hand-eye coordination and basic motor skills, navigating more advanced obstacle courses, and passing/playing with various sports balls. Two-year-olds are introduced to simple games like tag and tossing balls in a basket to develop collaboration and greater body control through games like freeze dance. Three-to five-year-olds graduate to more structured play, using a variety of sports to further build hand-eye coordination, basic motor skills, concentration skills, discipline, and body awareness.
