Professionally lead yoga by Audrey Davis, paired with professionally guided rock climbing with TCA owner, Sam Brodnax. Learn how both activities compliment each other in this course. Yoga will enhance your rock climbing through body awareness, balance, flexibility, breath work, focus, and restoring the body. Participants will experience the two practices with a day of yoga and rock climbing where you will learn the basics of top rope climbing and proper climbing technique. We will be practicing Yoga for one hour before we climb and 30 minutes after with at least 2 hours of climbing in between. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of how to be more mindful and efficient while rock climbing through the practice of Yoga.
