St. Francis Creche preschool is a nurturing place of learning, where every child is celebrated for their uniqueness. Located on six beautiful acres of woods and open spaces at St. Francis Episcopal Church in Great Falls, VA, Creche promotes spiritual and Christian growth through regular chapel services and a strong foundation for learning and character development.

Children learn through exploring, creating, engaging, and experiencing in enriched classroom environments scaffolded by experienced teachers. The curriculum balances purposeful play with active academic learning and is theme‑based, using literature, art, and music to foster communication, creativity, and problem‑solving skills in developmentally appropriate ways.

A highlight of the school is its Outdoor Classroom—an area where children can immerse themselves in nature, explore insects, walk across stumps, balance along logs, build with natural blocks and tree cookies, pretend play, and develop cooperation and problem‑solving skills while having fun.
