Overview

Come have some fun in the sun with Into The Limelight Music Theatre Summer Stage. Campers will get to act, sing, and dance all day! Your performer will love the opportunity to build lifelong friendships all while honing their theatrical skills and putting on a cumulative production.

Welcome to our youth ensemble and production theatre camps! Each day of camp students will be immersed in a dynamic and interactive learning environment. On the first day, each student will partake in a short audition, where they will be asked to perform a select passage from their camp's script, as well as a prepared song of their choice. Everyone enrolled will get to play a part! Each morning, campers will begin with warm-up exercises to energize their bodies and voices. Training sessions will focus on acting techniques, dance conditioning, and vocal skills. Throughout the weeks, there will be dedicated time for script readings and scene rehearsals, allowing the campers to develop their performance skills and work collaboratively with their peers. They will also have the opportunity to unleash their artistic talents and contribute to the visual elements of the camp's final performance. The final day will be devoted to dress rehearsals and putting the finishing touches on the performance. Family and friends will be invited to attend the grand finale, where the campers will showcase their talents and celebrate their journey with 2-3 performances over the last weekend.

Welcome to our kids ensemble and production theatre camps! Throughout the week, our campers will embark on a journey of creativity and self-expression. Each day will be filled with fun and engaging activities designed to nurture their imagination and develop their theatrical skills. On the first day, our talented instructors will introduce the campers to the world of theatre through interactive games and icebreakers. They will partake in short individual "auditions" using material from the camp's script, and be rewarded a role for the remainder of camp. Everyone enrolled will get to play a part! As the week progresses, the campers will dive into the world of storytelling, exploring various themes and characters. They will learn the basics of acting, singing, and dancing, as well as participate in improvisation exercises, scene studies, and even explore their creative vision through props and costumes. The highlight of the camp will be the final Friday's performance, where the children will showcase their talents in a specially crafted production for friends and family.

BEFORE AND AFTER CARE Before and After Care programs are available at all locations from 7:30-9:00 AM and 3:00-5:30 PM Care is only available per week, not per day

Summer Stage Intern are our most dedicated and hard working interns around. Assisting each week with a new production. Inters can choose between assistant director, care provider, costume assistant, set assistant, stage runner, and many more. Everyone in the Into The Limelight family works together to bring an amazing summer season to life.
