Dear Parents and Players,

We are thrilled to kick off an exciting winter season with Super Soccer Stars! Whether this is your first time with us or you're returning for more soccer fun, we're excited to have you join our community.

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, here are a few important things to keep in mind:

• Super Soccer Stars Jerseys: Wearing our jersey is not mandatory, but it's always welcomed! If your child would like to wear one, please arrange for their teacher to assist them if they're part of a school or after‑school program, as our coaches cannot assist with changing clothes.
• Restroom and Diaper Policy: Our coaches are happy to assist potty‑trained children to the restroom. However, they are not permitted to change diapers. If your child is not yet potty‑trained, please plan accordingly.
• Appropriate Footwear: Safety and comfort are key! Please have your child wear comfortable tennis shoes—no crocs or sandals, please. Proper footwear ensures they can run, kick, and play with ease.
• Stay Hydrated: Be sure to send your child with a water bottle clearly labeled with their name. We take two or more water breaks during each class to keep everyone energized and hydrated.
• No Make‑Up Classes: Please note that we do not offer make‑up classes. If you know your child will miss a class, you must inform us beforepaying for the month. Once the month has been paid, we cannot issue any refunds or credits for missed sessions.
• Pause/cancellation Policy: Please note that any cancellations or pauses MUST be requested before the 1st of the month to avoid charges. We are unable to issue refunds once the month has started, as spots and resources are already allocated. If you will be out of town for a week or longer, it is your responsibility to notify us before the 1st to make the necessary adjustments.
