Overview

Nature Camp at Tauxemont Preschool offers a unique theme for each one-week camp session in a beautiful wooded setting. Each week features a traditional camp experience with nature hikes, camp songs, opening and closing ceremonies, and more. Four themed sessions include: On The Farm, In The Sky, At The Beach, and In Our Backyard. All themes incorporate elements of art, literature, music, and animals. This camp is intended for children who are independent and can easily separate from parents or guardians.

Additional Information

• Morning Camp: 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM, Monday–Friday (4 sessions available)
• Afternoon Camp: 1:15 PM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday (Sessions 2 & 3 only)
• Nutritious snacks provided daily
• Campers may attend more than one session, but no more than two consecutive sessions
• Camp directed by Lisa Finn and Dawn Matthews
• Sessions exempt from Virginia Department of Education licensing
• Registration opens April 7th
