Overview

True North Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a week-long summer camp hosted by Fairfax United Methodist Church in Fairfax, Virginia. Themed around learning to trust God in a wild world, True North VBS invites children to explore faith, friendship, and fun through engaging activities, music, and storytelling each morning. The camp is open to children in the community and is supported by teen and adult volunteers from the congregation. True North VBS is part of FUMC's broader summer ministry efforts, which also include youth mission trips and global outreach.

True North VBS runs July 20–24, 2026, meeting each morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Teens and adults from FUMC are encouraged to serve as volunteers during the week. For volunteer inquiries, families can contact the church directly.
